We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Finance Operations Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of their dynamic digital advertising initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact the successful acquisition of new customers and the broader awareness of their diverse offerings, managing critical billing, budgeting, and reconciliation processes for impactful paid media campaigns across various business segments.
You will be at the heart of their financial operations, directly supporting their marketing finance team. Your work will streamline financial processes, optimize budget allocation, and provide crucial insights that drive strategic decisions for their rapidly growing digital advertising efforts. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial integrity and operational excellence of high-impact campaigns.
**What you will do:**
* Create and track purchase requisitions and ensure proper purchase order management.
* Coordinate invoice coding and processing to ensure prompt payment of vendor invoices.
* Assist with the quarterly forecasting process and tracking of budget changes; liaise with marketing stakeholders to keep budgets and forecasts up to date.
* Create and maintain various financial dashboards to provide clear visibility into spending and performance.
* Provide essential support and training to campaign teams on billing and budgeting processes.
* Support senior Finance Operations team members on projects and other tasks as needed.
* Perform other duties and projects as required to maintain operational efficiency.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* BS/BA degree.
* 3+ years of experience in billing, budgeting, and finance-related disciplines.
* Prior experience working with digital advertising teams and a general understanding of the media finance lifecycle.
* General understanding of financial processes such as forecasting, generating purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
* Proficiency with data visualization and exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Comfortable building partnerships and working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple business functions.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with SQL or Python.
* Experience with project management tools such as Airtable.
