This role is crucial for evaluating and enhancing our IT systems to meet evolving business needs and boost operational effectiveness. You will be instrumental in analyzing system requirements, designing robust solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to implement and support critical system changes.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, driving efficiency across the organization.
* Gather and meticulously document business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders.
* Design and propose innovative system solutions that align with strategic organizational goals.
* Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and end-users to seamlessly implement and rigorously test system changes.
* Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and support procedures, ensuring clarity and continuity.
* Lead data extraction and reconciliation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining impeccable data integrity.
* Contribute to the success of the company by ensuring our core business systems are optimized, stable, and scalable, directly supporting our mission to provide essential services.
**Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:**
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
* Familiarity with databases, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure.
* Effective communication skills, adept at translating complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines.
* Experience with documentation and process mapping tools.
* 5-7 years of strong hands-on experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system’s materials management module configuration (e.g., Plants, Storage Locations, Procurement – including Stock Transport Orders, Inventory management, Logistics).
* Thorough understanding of material master views and the business implications of data.
* Proven experience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
* Expertise in Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation, including significant experience with Mass Loads.
* Strong background in procurement and logistics operations.
* Hands-on experience with Material Planning, MRP procedures, and cycle counting.
* Ability to create comprehensive functional and technical specifications for development work.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* At least one end-to-end project as a primary functional resource for all materials management data requirements, supporting multiple data transformation and reporting projects.
* Experience collaborating with business intelligence and development teams to develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements related to materials management data.
* Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting materials management and supply chain management modules within an enterprise system.
* Proven expertise in Inventory Management (valuations, stock movements, reconciliations).
* Strong hands-on experience with data cleansing and mass uploads.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with data interchange formats and integration troubleshooting.
* Ability to set up, monitor Batch jobs, and troubleshoot failures.
* Experience in implementing a master data governance (MDG) platform approval flows, business validations, and derivation.
* Experience in MDG user interface customization.
* Experience in MDG business context viewer.
* Experience in MDG master data consolidation.
* Familiarity with the use of modern user interfaces for Master Data Governance.
* Experience preparing user training documents and conducting user training sessions.
