We are seeking a seasoned program management professional with strong technical acumen, capable of driving complex initiatives and orchestrating critical programs from inception to optimization. In this role, you will work at the heart of cross-functional efforts—guiding teams, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless execution. Your expertise will shape strategic outcomes, foster collaboration, and enhance operational frameworks, delivering tangible value to users globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Planning:
    Develop comprehensive program charters, define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Identify risks and dependencies, and create detailed project plans that break initiatives into manageable phases with clear visibility into constraints.
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
    Build strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to enable effective decision-making. Optimize team roles, manage escalations, and collaborate to achieve timely resolutions.
  • Technical Issue Resolution:
    Triage and assess technical issues and escalations independently. Resolve tooling and process-related requests to ensure smooth engineering execution.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    Design and implement predictable program communication strategies for diverse stakeholder groups. Serve as the central representative for the program team across touchpoints.
  • Change Management:
    Develop and execute comprehensive change management rollout plans, including impact analysis. Monitor progress and address misalignments to ensure successful adoption.
  • Execution & Governance:
    Collect and maintain essential program data. Track progress, manage dependencies, ensure alignment with product excellence, inclusivity, and brand integrity. Establish governance structures for risk mitigation, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitate effective team meetings.
  • Continuous Improvement & Metrics:
    Define program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement. Conduct regular checkpoints to assess progress and provide transparency for adjustments.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience independently managing the full lifecycle of advanced programs.
  • Expertise in team management, optimizing roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in communications management, including designing and delivering targeted communication plans.
  • Experience in organizational change management and executing rollout plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, building trusted relationships and navigating complex expectations.
  • Proficiency in program planning, including charters, scope definition, timelines, and risk/dependency identification.
  • Solid technical judgment to triage and assess technical issues.
  • Extensive experience in execution and governance, including tracking, reporting, and defining governance structures.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through metrics and regular assessments.
  • Relevant domain knowledge for the programs managed.
