**Responsibilities & Impact:**
As a key member of the design team, you will:
* Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative product designs, focusing on both aesthetics and construction.
* Translate design concepts into detailed visual representations using industry-standard software.
* Collaborate extensively with industrial designers, digital designers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless product integration.
* Contribute to highly confidential projects, maintaining discretion while pushing creative boundaries.
* Effectively present and articulate design concepts, showcasing their potential impact and vision.
* Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a culture of shared success and innovation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a product design role.
* Profound knowledge of apparel construction, demonstrating a clear understanding of how garments are assembled.
* Proficiency in CLO software.
* Expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts, bringing projects to life.
* Highly collaborative nature with the ability to work autonomously when required.

**Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:**
* More than 5 years of experience in product design.
* Degree preferred, though not strictly required.
* Certifications in Adobe Illustrator and/or CLO 3D.
* Experience designing technical, functional products.
* Prior experience with a similar global brand.
* Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, coupled with a high degree of professionalism.
* A proactive attitude, ready to contribute immediately and drive projects forward.
