As a key contributor to the Development Support team, you will dive deep into game systems, provide critical early testing feedback, and craft essential documentation. You’ll be the go-to expert for development teams seeking insights into testing status and for core QA teams needing clarity on design. Your proactive approach will keep development cycles smooth and efficient, ensuring that our games meet and exceed player expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with development teams to conduct early-stage testing of new features and systems.
* Create comprehensive documentation, including test cases, test briefs, and quality assurance pages.
* Act as the primary liaison between development and core QA teams, addressing design questions and providing updates on testing progress.
* Provide insightful feedback to QA Leads on the overall health of features and to development teams on testing outcomes.
* Ensure seamless match flow and gameplay systems, verifying objective progression, timers, and scoring.
* Rigorously test combat and AI behaviors, including pathfinding, combat responses, and spawn logic.
* Validate multiplayer functionality, including co-op features, objective synchronization, and network stability.
* Conduct thorough map and environmental testing, checking for collisions, exploits, and interactive object functionality.
* Perform performance and stability testing across various gaming platforms, identifying memory usage, framerate issues, and visual/audio anomalies.
* Estimate testing scope and effort based on feature complexity to optimize resource allocation.

Must-Have Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience across multiple development cycles, specifically with online Player vs. Player (PVP) and Player vs. Environment (PVE) game modes.
* Strong understanding and practical experience in:
* Match Flow & Gameplay Systems Testing
* Combat & AI Testing
* Multiplayer Functionality Testing
* Map & Environmental Testing
* Performance & Stability Testing
* Proven ability to write detailed test briefs, instructions, and playtest documentation.
* Familiarity with industry-standard bug tracking and test planning tools.
* Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, with a focus on reproducibility and clarity.
* Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across QA, Development, and Production teams.
* Eagerness to learn proprietary tools and pipelines, and to adapt quickly to evolving content and project needs.

* Experience with leading game development engines.
* Proficiency with collaboration and version control tools.
* Strong adaptable teaching skills, capable of effectively communicating complex information to diverse learners.
