We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s vibrant production team. In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of photo shoots, video productions, and various creative projects. Your proactive support and keen eye for detail will directly contribute to bringing captivating visual content to audiences globally, supporting the creative vision of renowned brands. **What You’ll Contribute:**

As a vital member of the production team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and flow of creative projects. You will support producers and production managers, ensuring that all aspects of a shoot, from setup to wrap-up, run smoothly. Your contributions will directly enable the creation of high-quality visual assets that define brand identity and engage customers worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **On-Set & Production Support:**
* Assist producers and production managers during photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative productions.
* Help with the physical setup and breakdown of sets, equipment, and production areas.
* Facilitate clear communication between various departments, including styling, hair & makeup, talent, and crew.
* Execute time-sensitive errands and tasks to keep production schedules on track.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment on set.
* **Administrative & Office Support:**
* Aid in production preparation, including organizing call sheets, schedules, and shot lists.
* Manage the tracking and distribution of production materials, samples, and equipment.
* Support asset management processes, including labeling, organizing, and coordinating the return of samples.
* Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and essential production documentation.
* **General Support:**
* Proactively anticipate production needs and contribute to problem-solving.
* Provide support for post-production tasks, such as file organization and coordinating deliveries.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation on set and in the workplace.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
* A genuine willingness to take direction and an eagerness to learn on the job.
* Positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment as required.
* Flexible availability, including the capacity for early mornings or extended hours during productions.

* College coursework in film, media, fashion, or communications.
