Our Beauty Client is seeking an Assistant Manager, Media Network to support the activation and execution of retail media campaigns across the Canadian market. This role will partner closely with agency teams, internal brand stakeholders, and finance partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery, strong operational rigor, and best-in-class media execution across paid social, programmatic display, and CTV.
As Assistant Manager, Retail Media Activation You Will
- Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution for our Beauty Client’s Canada retail media campaigns.
- Steward best-in-class program execution through exceptional attention to detail, including timeline management, budget tracking, and facilitating communication across internal partners and agency collaborators.
- Manage campaign creative hand-off and implementation, including copy review, Canada-specific creative QA, mock approvals, and live-in-market notifications.
- Serve as a key resource for go-to-market timelines with internal stakeholders, including our Beauty Client’s Brand Marketing team.
- Participate in weekly status calls with agency partners and collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Oversee the billing and invoicing process in partnership with our Beauty Client’s Finance team and agency partners.
- Support the development of channel mix strategies across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), Programmatic Display, and CTV.

We’re Excited About You If You Have
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing; paid social and programmatic display experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Ad Ops, including tracking, pixels, and measurement methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, collaborate cross-functionally, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high motivation, strong deadline management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and take action.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
