We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a 9-month hybrid position in Beaverton, OR. As a key contributor, you will be at the forefront of visual storytelling, transforming concepts into stunning realities. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand’s distinct aesthetic, ensuring every piece of communication reflects their core values and innovative spirit. This position offers the chance to collaborate across diverse teams, manage exciting projects from inception to completion, and see your creative vision implemented on a global scale.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop original graphic designs for a wide range of applications, including print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, and video, ensuring alignment with the brand’s design ethos.
  • Manage individual design projects from initial concept development through final production and distribution, including attending briefings, setting timelines, scheduling, and overseeing budgets.
  • Oversee project budgets, estimate development costs, identify production alternatives for cost efficiency, negotiate pricing, review billing, and conduct budget reconciliation.
  •  Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for goods and services, evaluate supplier performance, and apply technical knowledge of film, print, and collateral production.
  •  Serve as a primary contact between various internal teams and external agencies, effectively communicating project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials.
  • Provide comprehensive design support to senior designers as needed.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    •  Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s degree and 0-3 years, an Associate’s degree and 1-3 years, or a High School diploma and 3-5 years of directly relevant experience will be considered.
  •  2-4 years of directly relevant professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems for the design process.
  •  Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and timeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of film, print, and collateral production. *

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.60 to $37.33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
