* Execute large, complex, and urgent print projects, adeptly managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
* Generate comprehensive print reports and provide status updates to leadership on staffing and work volume.
* Implement and monitor rigorous quality control processes, ensuring all projects undergo thorough checks before client delivery to guarantee timely, high-quality outcomes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for creative teams and clients, providing status updates, resolving service delivery issues, conducting debrief sessions, and keeping management informed.
* Maintain an organized digital environment by deleting outdated print and finishing files from the centralized system.
* Manage all phases of print projects, including providing cost estimates, ensuring exceptional customer service, meticulous documentation within the workflow management system, and effective communication throughout.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Six or more years of hands-on print experience, specifically managing high-profile and complex print projects.
* Two years of project coordination experience, demonstrating sound judgment in evaluating and scheduling key project resources for complex initiatives.
* Proven experience leading teams to consistently exceed customer expectations and meet critical deadlines.
* Advanced proficiency with a wide range of print equipment, including copiers, printers, binding equipment, cutters, and staplers.

* Experience utilizing workflow tracking software to document project assignments, comments, and expenses.
* Demonstrated ability to work with speed and accuracy, effectively managing a high volume of work, including both large-scale projects and urgent requests.
* Capacity to work autonomously and take the lead on print projects from inception to completion.
