You will be at the forefront of designing, planning, and producing sophisticated video content, directly contributing to the client’s success by delivering innovative solutions. Your expertise will elevate internal communications, marketing efforts, and strategic presentations, making a tangible difference in how information is conveyed and understood. You’ll lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring every video aligns with strategic objectives and captivates its intended audience.

– Candidates must be based out of one of these locations below, near one of our client’s offices, and agree to a hybrid work arrangement. 
– Locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Tysons.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and influence strategic visions by collaborating with internal clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and desired message for video projects.
* Execute complex video edits, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful visual content through meticulous design, planning, and production.
* Implement comprehensive video, audio, voice-over production, media integration, and podcast production techniques.
* Advise on the optimal use, combination, and repurposing of various media to achieve strategic objectives for internal stakeholders.
* Manage client relationships, acting as the primary project manager and single point of contact for deliverables, including budget preparation, timeline management, estimation, documentation, and status communication.
* Proactively recommend creative media options to enhance messages through advanced audio and video techniques.
* Review, identify, and expertly edit video footage, incorporating sophisticated effects and elements (audio, video, colors, animation) to elevate deliverables into final, audience-ready formats.
* Provide full-spectrum creative and production support for audio/video recording, animations, video graphics, podcast publishing, and on-demand streaming video publishing, including sound editing.
* Excel in project management, overseeing multiple projects, prioritizing milestones, and influencing both clients and design colleagues to deliver solutions within specified timeframes and budgets.
* Undertake administrative responsibilities such as project management and internal client communications, alongside creative development and design tasks.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
* A compelling digital creative portfolio showcasing outstanding video-editing abilities, conceptual thinking, and strong design skills.
* A minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience, specifically creating marketing and communications video content for both internal and external audiences.
* Proficiency in AI video generation tools.
* Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker, exhibiting a diverse range of styles and techniques.
* Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, sound mixing, and the latest video production techniques.
* Proven track record in estimating project timeframes and tracking budgets effectively.
* Solid understanding of various video formats and compression techniques.
* Technical expertise in industry-standard video-editing tools.
* Solid experience with motion graphics, audio editing, and image manipulation software.
* Proficiency across standard office software, and both Mac and Windows operating systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and testing capabilities.
* Eagerness and ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Exceptional client service, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
* Ability to grasp complex business issues, communicate effectively, and make decisions that align with business objectives.
* Demonstrated skill in effectively pitching creative ideas to clients.
* Comprehensive understanding of the broader communication goals and objectives of clients.
* Adept at understanding internal client visions through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy with stakeholders.
* Sound business acumen, enabling effective collaboration with client-serving professionals.
* Proven ability to initiate and successfully lead creative ideation sessions, anticipating internal client needs.
* Ability to leverage brand guidelines to develop diverse creative initiatives while adhering to established procedures.
* Proficient understanding of copyright regulations.
* Experience with project management and tracking software for documenting assignments.
