Job Type: Temporary (January-April, with potential for extension into June)

About the Position:

This is an immediate and critical need for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support a major client’s dynamic marketing and events team. The role primarily focuses on creating compelling visual assets for a tech industry account and several high-profile third-party trade shows for big brand clients.

This position is vital for proactive staffing ahead of upcoming events and to provide flexible support for potential internal team absences.

The role starts at 40 hours per week in January and February, transitioning to 20-30 hours per week from mid-February through April, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading agency specializing in experiential marketing, working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. They are known for their fast-paced, innovative environment where creativity and adaptability are highly valued. The team you’ll be collaborating with is a dedicated group focused on delivering impactful brand experiences for major events and ongoing client projects. They thrive on proactive problem-solving and require team members who can navigate shifting priorities and unexpected challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects for a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide range of graphic assets for major client accounts, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute visual materials for various third-party trade shows (e.g., HIMS, NAB, McDonald’s event), including booth graphics, signage, digital displays, and promotional collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support ongoing projects and cover for team absences as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, often under tight deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs to meet client objectives.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure all assets are production-ready.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment or working with large corporate clients.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in event design, trade show graphics, and corporate branding.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating weekly hours (starting at 40, reducing to 20-30).
  • Experience with major tech brand guidelines or similar large corporate brand experience is a significant plus.
