Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to shape the in-store customer journey and spearhead brand expansion? We are seeking a visionary marketing leader to drive strategic initiatives that will directly enhance the retail experience and amplify brand awareness in new and existing markets. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling campaigns, guiding creative execution, and fostering growth, leaving a significant mark on our brand’s presence and customer engagement.
**Here’s how you’ll make an impact:**
* Lead channel marketing strategies to drive short- and long-term brand growth, translating insights and data into actionable programs.
* Develop and implement annual strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience and support new market entries.
* Manage the creative development of marketing plans for seasonal signage, partnership programs, and other strategic initiatives.
* Oversee the coordination and execution of marketing strategies for new store openings and relocations across owned, earned, and paid channels.
* Manage media trafficking for grand openings, collaborating with creative agencies and internal media/digital marketing teams.
* Support the coordination and execution of store design projects.
* Manage the creative development of gift card programs for both physical stores and digital platforms.
* Collaborate closely with internal loyalty teams on the development and execution of related programs and projects.
* Cultivate strong relationships with store operations and field teams to develop key marketing program communications and drive associate engagement.
* Manage internal reporting, including monthly retail marketing plans, grand opening media plans, and recaps.
* Maintain, monitor, and report on the retail marketing budget.
* Supervise and mentor a marketing specialist, ensuring they feel valued and engaged while supporting their daily responsibilities and workflow.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
* 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within an advertising agency or a consumer goods/retail business.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an established team.
* Proficiency in writing creative briefs and delivering actionable feedback to creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise and support a direct report with day-to-day responsibilities and workflow.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to build relationships across all levels within an organization.
* Proactive approach and ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Deep listening and inquiry skills.
* Collaborative, participatory decision-maker with a strong drive for results.
