This is a Remote role that requires PST hours. However, preference will go to anyone who is local to the Redmond, WA area and can do training in person. This role will start as a 2 month engagement and will extend on a quarterly basis up to 18 months.

As a key contributor, you will spearhead initiatives focused on process documentation and optimization. You’ll be instrumental in mapping existing operational workflows, conducting thorough waste analysis, and implementing Lean methodologies to drive significant improvements. Your work will directly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of managing supply chains for specialized computing hardware, from purchase order execution to tracking material alignment and availability.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on transforming complex operational challenges into streamlined, efficient processes. You will maintain critical vendor relationships, act as a vital analyst for non-IT projects, and ensure the smooth execution of supply chain operations. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in daily meetings to review operational inputs and leadership directives.
- Perform extensive data entry, review, and analysis to ensure system alignment and accuracy across supply chain operations.
- Establish and document current business processes, identifying areas for waste reduction and Lean improvements.
- Track material alignment, infrastructure facility availability, and customer requirements for specialized computing hardware.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Contribute to maintaining vendor relationships and managing operational processes.
- Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets for project expenditures.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a business operations or analytical role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including process documentation, waste analysis, and implementation of waste reduction strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Previous experience creating process maps using diagramming software.
- Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
