We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Medical Affairs team as a Senior Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless non-clinical operations for their network of healthcare providers. You will play a critical part in a dynamic, cross-functional team, directly contributing to the administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance that underpins their commitment to patient care. Your expertise will directly impact the smooth functioning of provider services, allowing medical professionals to focus on what they do best: caring for patients.
**Your Impact:**
As a Senior Coordinator, you will be at the heart of supporting essential provider operations. You’ll manage critical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to projects that enhance the overall efficiency of healthcare services. Your meticulous attention to detail and collaborative spirit will directly enable providers to deliver exceptional care, making a tangible difference in the lives of patients.
**Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate and support applications for provider prescriptive authority with relevant regulatory boards, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately executed, filed, and meticulously maintained.
* Manage and update critical provider information within specialized database systems.
* Contribute to and support various departmental projects, driving initiatives forward.
* Engage in additional departmental activities as assigned, fostering a collaborative environment.

* Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
* Proven ability to maintain focus on intricate details within a rapidly changing and fast-paced setting.
* Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Aptitude and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
* A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, complex administrative role.
* Previous experience within a healthcare setting.
* High adaptability to change and comfort in an energetic work environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
* A proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with colleagues, external partners, and healthcare providers.
* Robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Capacity to independently assess situations and make informed decisions.
* Experience in project management.
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.50 to $25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
