Exciting opportunity to join our leading fintech client who is looking to add a talented Mid Level Creative Designer to its in house agency team who is growing!
The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization has a mission to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for our leading fintech client through differentiated and innovative Ideas, products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences.
Our client’s In-House Creative agency is on a journey for an exciting expansion. Our ambition is to “become a creative partner-of-choice to build seamless customer experiences for our Business Units, essential for driving results and unlocking value through deeper knowledge of our business powered by industry-defining creative excellence”. We are focused on developing forward-thinking ideas and working across channels, end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond.
You are a “maker” in the truest sense—someone who can take a campaign concept and expertly build it out across every touchpoint a customer interacts with.
As a 360 Designer, you will ensure our brand looks as good in a customer’s physical wallet as it does on their digital screen. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high craft standards while adapting your work for social media, web, print, and physical products.
What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Execution: Take approved creative concepts and build out the full suite of assets. You’ll ensure the “vibe” of a campaign remains consistent whether it’s a 6-second social clip, a premium direct mailer, or an in-app landing page.
- Format Versatility: Designing for the “full circle.” You will produce work across digital (social, web, display) and physical (card design, packaging, OOH) mediums.
- Brand Maintenance & Evolution: Work within our established brand guidelines while finding fresh, creative ways to push the aesthetic forward for new product launches or seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborative Iteration: Partner closely with Creative Strategists to refine designs based on what the data tells us. You’ll use performance insights to tweak layouts, typography, and imagery to better connect with our audience.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with copywriters to ensure visual and verbal elements are perfectly synced, and collaborate with production teams to ensure your designs are technically feasible for print or web.
Who You Are:
- The Multidisciplinary Talent: You have a “design-first” mindset but aren’t afraid to dip into motion, basic video editing, or print production to get the job done.
- Conceptually Minded: You understand the “why” behind the design. You don’t just place elements on a page; you think about hierarchy, user flow, and brand perception.
- Agile & Organized: You can manage multiple projects at once, switching gears between a high-fidelity web mockup and a quick social media asset without losing focus.
- Fintech Savvy: You appreciate the balance between “modern tech” aesthetics (clean, bold, fast) and “financial” aesthetics (trustworthy, premium, secure).
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 Years of Experience: You’ve spent time in a fast-paced creative environment—either at an agency or on an in-house team.
- A Diverse Portfolio: You should be able to show work that lives in more than one place (e.g., a campaign that includes both a digital component and a physical or environmental component).
- Mastery of Modern Design Tools: Expert proficiency in standard design and prototyping software. You should feel comfortable picking up the best tool for the specific task at hand.
- Production Knowledge: A solid understanding of what it takes to get things made, from digital specs and aspect ratios to print bleeds and paper stocks.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $65.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
