The Marketing Associate role will help manage Direct Mail creative strategy, new testing opportunities, review cycles and performance measurement across multiple products. Qualifications:
β BA/BS degree with 1-2 years experience in Direct Mail. Will consider 3-5 years marketing experience driving revenue and user growth in a high growth company
β Experience in financial services
β Knowledge of Direct Mail processes and best practices
β Experience managing and building vendor relationships with an eye towards quality control and long term partnerships
β Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work and communicate with ease across the organization
β The ability to use data to get to the truth and make principle based decisions

Specific Tasks:
β Work with the Direct Mail Team and agency of record (AOR) on creative strategy, development, and execution of monthly Direct Mail marketing and Trigger campaigns
β Drive Direct Mail creative management review and approval cycles for Direct Mail assets and Direct Mail landing pages
β Work with our AOR and Compliance Team in the management of up to 60+ Direct Mail creative assets across product lines each month
β Work cross functionally with Web Services, Compliance Team & Product Marketing Managers in the development of monthly Direct Mail landing pages
β Monitor and update Direct Mail Creative Testing Roadmap for accuracy and plotting upcoming data and creative tests
β Lead creative presentation meetings in conjunction with the AOR

Client Description
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39 to $51. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
