Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert in functional compliance, ensuring integrity and ethical standards are upheld across the organization
• Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
• Lead the integration of complex project timelines and influence business and process owners to resolve control gaps
• Design and implement effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Support project scoping, manage priorities, allocate resources, identify risks, and communicate objectives clearly to stakeholders
• Integrate compliance requirements from new markets into existing control frameworks and define new controls as needed
• Coordinate enterprise-level risk assessments to identify key risks and prioritize compliance initiatives
• Manage and execute project requirements throughout the full lifecycle to achieve targeted outcomes
• Oversee recurring report validation and analyze metrics to identify trends and assess program effectiveness
• Provide program management support for compliance initiatives from inception through completion
• Deliver clear, actionable data analysis and recommendations through written and verbal communication
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance policies and processes and develop actionable implementation plans
• Lead the development and delivery of engaging in-person compliance training and communication strategies across teams
• Execute and maintain a robust controls framework by translating legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements into practical business controls

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven experience conducting risk assessments and developing control frameworks
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience designing and implementing new programs and operational processes
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory data analysis with a focus on actionable insights
• Strong understanding of evolving regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices
