Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-oriented Project Manager to play a critical delivery and problem-solving role within Corporate Vendor Management (CVM). This individual will lead initiatives focused on project leadership, technology enablement, and process optimization, driving scalable improvements across the vendor management lifecycle. The role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Technology Enablement

• Quickly develop an expert-level understanding of Corporate Vendor Management business processes, systems, and applications to assess the full impact of system changes and enhancements.
• Act as a solutions-oriented resource, partnering with functional stakeholders to identify system, process, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Solicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and system analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable artifacts including user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support system and process enhancements through strong technical aptitude and the ability to rapidly learn complex business processes.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue identification, analysis, and resolution in partnership with technology teams.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business and technology, ensuring releases align with business needs and are implemented flawlessly.
• Recommend and deliver technical solutions that promote automation, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution using established project management best practices.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, interdependencies, resource planning, risk management, and delivery timelines.
• Manage business and technical deliverables across all project phases, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Define project scope, lead cross-functional solution design, and drive initiatives through successful delivery to realize business value.
• Navigate organizational complexity and influence program direction, decisions, and delivery outcomes.
• Document project plans, schedules, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies with clarity and precision.
• Drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, delivering initiatives across varying disciplines (PMP, PMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction.
• Strong track record of building effective relationships with senior-level business partners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for executive and senior leadership audiences.
• Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and PowerPoint materials.
• Highly organized, delivery-focused, and self-motivated with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage a dynamic workload while aligning priorities and deliverables with business partners.
