As a Senior Product Management Professional, you’ll be instrumental in guiding innovative products from concept to successful delivery, making a tangible difference in the lives of countless individuals. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead complex product initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial design through to customer-ready delivery. You will thrive on tackling moderately complex to complex issues, applying in-depth analysis to navigate variable factors and develop robust solutions. This position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches, while directly influencing the strategic direction of your department.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and coordinate cross-functional project and program teams, guiding products from design to successful customer-ready delivery.
* Monitor product performance and proactively recommend strategic adjustments related to schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
* Investigate complex issues and develop innovative solutions during the critical design and planning phases.
* Ensure transparent and effective communication by providing timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough feasibility studies and manage field trials to validate product concepts and performance.
* Identify critical product gaps, meticulously define product requirements, and engage directly with customers to understand evolving market needs and trends.
* Influence departmental strategy, contributing to the long-term vision and direction of our product portfolio.
* Make independent decisions on moderately complex to complex technical approaches for various project components.

Must-Have Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree
* 5 or more years of technical experience in product management or a related field.
* A profound passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
