We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Launch Coordinator to join our client’s team, where you will be the central hub ensuring that exciting new products and updates reach millions of fans worldwide. In this role, you will contribute to strategic projects for our client’s premier digital entertainment offerings. You will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of global marketing moments, acting as a crucial link between marketing, product, creative, and channel teams. Your work will ensure that launch plans and campaign deliverables move seamlessly from initial briefing to final delivery, helping to captivate and engage a massive global audience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the development of comprehensive launch plans, timelines, and checklists for integrated marketing initiatives.
* Track milestones, identify risks, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-team deliverables across various workstreams.
* Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting agendas, notes, and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across all stakeholders.
* Manage the creative intake process, briefing, and routing of marketing and campaign assets.
* Coordinate localization efforts, quality assurance, review cycles, and approval processes for all assets.
* Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and technical requirements, collaborating with asset management to maintain digital asset storage and organization.
* Distribute final assets efficiently to internal teams and external partners as needed.
* Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams and external agencies, managing feedback cycles and tracking deliverables.
* Prepare briefs, presentations, recap documents, and detailed asset lists.
* Support operational processes, including invoicing and documentation.
* Handle day-to-day coordination needs and various administrative tasks to keep teams productive and moving forward.
* Track campaign-level key performance indicators and gather performance inputs from cross-functional partners.
* Maintain logs of marketing requests and contribute to post-campaign retrospectives by documenting learnings and insights.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 1–2 years of experience in marketing, production, or project coordination.
* Demonstrated marketing experience, with a clear understanding of marketing processes.
* Strong project and asset coordination experience, including managing a high volume of assets.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-changing environment and proactively take initiative to get tasks done.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent follow-through.
* Clear, proactive communication style, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting needs.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Interest in gaming, entertainment, or consumer marketing.
* Familiarity with leading digital entertainment franchises.
* Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
