As a pivotal Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will have an immediate and significant impact, directly shaping how users engage with core services and driving crucial growth initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing customer journeys, fostering loyalty, and expanding reach across dynamic digital channels.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team. In this contract role, you will be a key player in developing and executing sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies that boost product adoption, engagement, and conversion. You will be expected to onboard quickly and contribute immediately, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your marketing prowess to influence user behavior and contribute to the success of widely used digital platforms.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Support the planning, development, and coordination of growth strategies across owned channels (email, in-app, push notifications) to drive user engagement and improve conversion rates.
* Analyze campaign results, determine actionable next steps for optimization, and distill key findings and takeaways for leadership and critical stakeholders.
* Collaborate with data and technical teams to develop precise segmentation for various campaigns and establish robust dashboards to measure performance effectively.
* Develop comprehensive creative briefs to guide external agencies, provide constructive feedback, and secure appropriate reviews from key internal partners.
* Support A/B testing initiatives to drive effective return on investment and achieve incremental lift in campaign performance.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations team to meticulously QA campaigns, ensuring flawless final deployment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-4 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years specifically in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful campaigns for email and at least one mobile channel (in-app, push notifications, or SMS).
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and a proven ability to build effective working relationships with technical, creative, and business teams.
* Demonstrated project management skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
* Proven ability to deliver measurable success in an innovative, agile, and high-growth environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
* Highly analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, data analysis, and understanding financial metrics.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with enterprise-scale consumer marketing automation platforms and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
* Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $53. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
