We are looking for a Transition Manager for a 5-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR.  Are you ready to take the helm in orchestrating the seamless flow of products and services, directly impacting a global supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction? In this pivotal expert-level role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic distribution plans that directly influence profitability, enhance customer coverage, and optimize inventory management for a leading brand. Your expertise will drive critical decision-making, ensuring operational excellence and contributing significantly to the company’s success.

As a key contributor, you will leverage your analytical prowess and leadership skills to manage complex distribution initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of detailed plans, analyzing crucial data, and providing actionable insights that shape the future of product delivery. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of detailed demand, inventory, purchase, and delivery plans for various categories and customer segments.
  •  Analyze complex data sets and formulate strategic recommendations to achieve critical profitability, customer coverage, and inventory objectives.
  •  Gather, analyze, and meticulously compile data related to demand and inventory planning.
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure the accuracy and validity of all data.
  • Prepare compelling data visualizations and reports that effectively support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and publish regular, comprehensive reports to keep management informed and facilitate proactive adjustments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
    • * Alternatively, one of the following combinations may be accepted: * PhD or Law Degree with 3 years of directly relevant experience.
    • * Master’s Degree with 4 years of directly relevant experience.
    • * Associate’s Degree with 6 years of directly relevant experience.
    • * High School Diploma with 7 years of directly relevant experience.
  •  Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  •  Demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex distribution, inventory, or supply chain plans. *
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders and management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.40 to $56.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
