One of Aquent’s leading financial services clients is looking to add a new project manager to thier growing team. The Project Manager will oversee the daily coordination of marketing functions, ensuring that campaigns and marketing assets are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality. You will develop and implement processes, systems, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with campaign project leads, facilitating execution across Marketing and other key stakeholders. Additionally, you will help manage and streamline digital and creative processes, manage new and existing requests, and drive complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
路 Manage project intake to ensure clarity and alignment with marketing objectives.
路 Develop and manage project timelines based on marketing briefs, specifying goals, scheduling tasks/milestones, identifying risks, developing contingency plans, and planning resources.
路 Confirm resource availability and allocation within the Marketing team, managing bandwidth effectively.
路 Act as a key advocate for process improvements, offering solutions and spearheading the development or refinement of processes to enhance overall Marketing operations.
路 Understand and prioritize deadlines, making scheduling recommendations based on current workloads.
路 Coordinate and follow up with the Marketing teams, functional stakeholders, and Executive Leadership to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
路 Produce regular reports and status updates, to keep all stakeholders informed of project status and related issues.
路 Ensure all necessary information and details are confirmed when receiving new marketing requests, establishing a clear understanding of the project鈥檚 requirements.
路 Plan, coordinate, and direct all activities associated with Marketing projects, ensuring appropriate project support
路 Maintain project timelines and pivot quickly when prioritization is needed to meet changing demands.
路 Solve and/or escalate project impediments with minimal direction, ensuring smooth project execution.
路 Schedule meetings with project stakeholders, capturing status updates and next steps.
路 Monitor and track project progress through the Project Management tool, adjusting schedules, as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree or higher, with at least six years of experience in project management or marketing operations.
路 Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, manage team motivation and health, deliver feedback, and build strong client relationships.
路 Experience in process improvement, with a track record of successfully implementing initiatives to optimize production deliverables and systems.
路 Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
路 Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with multiple creative and digital teams.
路 Excellent people skills to interact with and lead creatives, colleagues, clients, and cross-functional teams.
路 Proficiency with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, is a plus.
路 Experience in project management within an agency setting is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
