**About the Role:**
In this dynamic role, you will be a central figure in coordinating and managing essential administrative functions that underpin executive operations. You will leverage your expertise to streamline workflows, manage complex schedules, and ensure that information is accessible and organized, directly impacting the effectiveness of senior leadership.

* Calendar & Meeting Management
* Task & Workflow Coordination
* Document & Information Management
* Technology & Tools Utilization
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Prepare and format various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
* Efficiently file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
* Analyze incoming communications to determine significance and manage their distribution effectively.
* Prepare agendas and coordinate all arrangements for committee, board, and other important meetings.
**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED.
* 5-7 years of administrative experience.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Unwavering ability to keep information organized and confidential.
* Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
* Proficiency with standard office productivity suites and applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Prior experience supporting similar large-scale organizations.
* Experience working directly with executives.
