We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating complex non-technical programs, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes. You will have the unique opportunity to be a Customer 0 for the use of AI in all aspects of program management and communications, driving innovation in how we operate. This is a largely self-directed position, offering high ownership and autonomy to define workflows, bring clarity across teams, and keep intricate commercial programs moving forward without heavy oversight. Your work will touch every major operational rhythm, coordinating inputs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables land cleanly, providing broad visibility and meaningful influence on how the organization executes.

You will contribute to key strategic projects by clarifying requirements, removing blockers, and maintaining program alignment. Your efforts will ensure that processes, timelines, and outputs remain consistent and actionable for all stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining program reliability, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and cross-team actions consistently land without the need for follow-up or escalation. Your ability to organize and translate inputs from leadership and partner teams into clear outputs will be vital for keeping programs on track.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and coordinate complex non-technical projects, developing detailed plans to achieve program goals and integrating diverse activities.
* Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, effectively communicating project status and outcomes.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence, providing leadership and mentoring to team members.
* Analyze resource needs and market demands to plan and assess project feasibility, ensuring strategic alignment.
* Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.
* Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates, ensuring financial prudence.
* Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes, maintaining quality and strategic fit.
* Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare comprehensive project specifications.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Program Planning and Workflow Management:** 8+ years of experience in developing and executing comprehensive program plans, managing workflows, and ensuring project milestones are met.
* **Stakeholder Coordination and Requirement Gathering:** 8+ years of experience in effectively coordinating diverse stakeholders, gathering detailed requirements, and translating them into actionable plans.
* **Operational Rhythm Execution:** 8+ years of experience in managing and optimizing operational rhythms, ensuring meeting content, decision trackers, and planning workflows are current and reflect strategic priorities.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
* Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of providing constructive feedback and fostering team growth.
* In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques for maximizing efficient manufacture and distribution.
* Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies.
* Proficiency in common computer software tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* PMI or PMP certification.
* Background in product marketing or product management within a technical company (software or cloud environment).
