As a pivotal member of our UX team, you will shape the future of our advanced security platform, designing intuitive experiences that transform complex challenges into effortless solutions. You will be instrumental in the UX design work for our comprehensive security suite, focusing on both administrative experiences and cutting-edge AI/agent-driven scenarios. Your contributions will directly enhance our critical suite of products, which focuses on data security, governance, compliance, and privacy experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

* Own and define product design needs for a set of experiences, integrating user insights and business requirements to create comprehensive end-to-end design plans.
* Generate innovative ideation solutions, leveraging diverse perspectives (business, experience, technology) to articulate user wants and corresponding solutions effectively.
* Rapidly prototype new products and features, presenting to teams and customers to gather feedback and refine user experiences.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams, providing detailed design guidance and conducting QAs to ensure precise implementation, while pushing the boundaries of what’s implementable.
* Craft essential design artifacts including wireframes, journey maps, user jobs, scenarios, task flows, and personas, conceptualizing and delivering at various fidelity levels.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of user experiences through interaction models and detailed designs for new and existing features, acting as a crucial liaison between users and products.
* Utilize and contribute to a prescribed design system, sharing learnings and collaborating with peers to drive team improvements.
* Effectively communicate design work to peers and managers, setting context for stakeholders and organizing cross-disciplinary team communication throughout all stages of design and development.
* Champion user needs, recommending compelling narratives for products and exploring innovative storytelling methods.
* Facilitate key project tasks with creative teams, program managers, and developers, collaborating on multiple studies to deliver impactful product design results and influence team members.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in product or service design, OR equivalent experience (e.g., using design thinking to solve problems).
* A strong portfolio clearly demonstrating product design work, systems thinking, and proficiency in modern design tools.
* Proven ability to think critically and apply systems thinking to complex design challenges.
* Experience that goes beyond pure UI/graphic design, focusing on comprehensive product design.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product or service design, OR a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in product or service design, OR equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience shipping products and/or delivering to customers through an end-to-end design process.
* Experience in the security domain.
* Advanced proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma).
* Ability to prototype and design in code (hybrid design-engineer skill set).
