Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Trainer in the United States!

This position is 100% remote.  We will only consider candidates who:

  • Currently live in the United States
  • Are authorized to work in the United States
  • Do not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Can work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this posiiton

**What You’ll Do:**

* Develop a fundamental understanding of our operational department functionality and workflows within your assigned areas.
* Deliver engaging and effective training on our standard operational processes.
* Actively participate in meetings to stay current with department functionality and evolving workflows.
* Provide ongoing, essential support for new hires, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
* Develop and implement a fundamental understanding of adult learning theory and industry-standard training methods in all educational deliveries.
* Contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of our comprehensive knowledge base.
* Provide expert support for workflow optimization and efficiency across our operations.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* **Education:** An Associate’s degree in a work-related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* **Experience:** 3 or more years of relevant experience in revenue cycle operations.
* **Core Knowledge & Skills:**
* Demonstrated expertise in front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle processes.
* Ability to apply general medical terminology appropriately during training delivery.
* Proficiency in utilizing insurance company, State, and Federal websites to obtain billing and reimbursement information.
* Experience working with multiple software applications, including a widely used healthcare software platform, word processing, database management, spreadsheets, presentation software, electronic calendar, and email.
* Strong knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional areas.
* Ability to apply industry-standard adult learning, training, and coaching principles and methods.
* Understanding of basic project management concepts.
* Capability to execute identified plans with regard to available information, constraints, and anticipated risks.
* Experience with registering, tracking, and grading users in Learning Management Systems.
* Skill in applying adult learning theory and methodology to training delivery.
* Adept at managing class time efficiently.
* A strong focus on customer service and delivering high-quality service offerings.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for inter-departmental collaboration and success.
* Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to complete identified tasks and activities with intended outcomes and within expected timelines.
* Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and complete assignments within allotted timeframes while maintaining standard workflow.
* A knack for identifying problems and potential solutions for training and support issues.
* The ability to communicate effectively and professionally to audiences at all levels of position, competency, and capacity.
* Skill in making effective oral presentations and preparing concise written reports for diverse audiences.
* The capacity to persuade and influence potentially resistant learners or partners.
* Ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions.
* Proficiency in sharing feedback professionally and tactfully with both internal and external partners.
* A proactive approach to proposing innovative training methodologies and approaches.
* Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
* Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
* A natural ability to work effectively as both a team player and a strong leader.
