**What You’ll Do:**
As a key contributor to our client’s marketing efforts, you will manage and execute integrated campaigns designed to accelerate enterprise cloud transformation. You will be at the heart of driving customer adoption for essential solutions, building new paths forward where no playbook exists, and making sound decisions with incomplete information. This role offers the unique opportunity to balance business momentum with establishing new processes, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and demonstrate comfort as a “first mover” in new initiatives, all while maintaining focus on key objectives and remaining flexible in your approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Campaign Execution:** Lead the delivery of integrated campaign tactics, coordinating cross-functional execution with content, digital, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets and activations.
* **Performance Management:** Monitor campaign metrics, implement optimization strategies, partner with analytics teams for reporting, and drive testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Make tactical trade-offs to maintain quality and timelines.
* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborate effectively with product marketing, field marketing, and partner teams. Manage relationships with content creators and channel teams, contribute to campaign documentation, and actively participate in cross-functional planning sessions.
* **Program Development:** Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption for payment solutions, providing direct sales teams with essential collateral and tools.
* **Online Campaign Management:** Plan and deliver robust online campaigns, including email initiatives and placements across various digital platforms and partner websites.
* **Content & Collateral Creation:** Develop compelling collateral and sales tools for direct sales teams and events. Create engaging marketing content for personal and business sections of digital platforms, collaborating closely with designers on layout and graphics.
* **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying critical opportunities to enhance and improve campaign outcomes.
* **Cross-Organizational Collaboration:** Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
* Strong background in data-driven campaign experience, with the ability to compile, analyze, and present performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently on tactical execution while seeking guidance on strategy.
* Proven ability to influence across teams and impact business outcomes.
* Experience building and implementing new processes while maintaining business continuity.
