This is an incredible opportunity to influence product vision, solve complex user challenges, and contribute to a cohesive product narrative that resonates with a diverse global audience. Your work will directly enhance user journeys, drive product excellence, and help define the future of cutting-edge digital platforms.

About the Role
As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, end-to-end user experiences. You will operate with a high degree of independence, addressing user challenges with established writing and information design patterns while also innovating creative solutions. This role goes beyond writing—it’s about applying UX principles, user-centered methodologies, and research tools to identify needs, iterate on designs, and develop scalable, cohesive product experiences. You will collaborate across teams, ensure alignment with design standards, and support the creation of a consistent, user-friendly ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and prioritize design work to align with overall project goals and identify opportunities for greater ownership.
• Collaborate to enhance product excellence with a focus on localization and accessibility.
• Use data and metrics to assess product impact, understanding the broader product ecosystem, user patterns, and industry landscape.
• Drive the development of innovative UX solutions that meet user, product, and business needs, even as constraints evolve.
• Help build and mature holistic UX processes, systems, frameworks, and patterns within the team.
• Apply and adapt UX frameworks, principles, and systems; use writing and design tools to visualize ideas, create mock-ups, or develop prototypes.
• Tailor deliverables to meet platform requirements, following design templates, style guides, and accessibility standards.
• Develop UX solutions informed by user insights, business objectives, and industry trends.
• Iteratively refine UX based on research and stakeholder feedback; provide guidance to engage stakeholders on writing and design goals.
• Analyze and anticipate user needs, pain points, and comprehension gaps; collaborate to define problems and propose solutions within product and technical constraints.
• Generate concepts for product ideation, user research, and testing, or conduct research to inform UX direction.
• Advocate for user experiences through principled, data-driven design decisions and thoughtful questioning.
