Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist!

While this position is 100% remote, it is required that candidates currently live in the United States and can work Eastern Time Zone hours daily.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this opportunity

**About the Role**

As a key contributor, you will be at the forefront of data innovation, using your analytical prowess to develop advanced solutions that inform critical business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in creating the data foundations that empower strategic planning and tactical execution, influencing how the organization operates and continuously improves its offerings. This role offers the chance to make independent decisions, drive projects forward, and see the direct impact of your work on organizational objectives.

**What You’ll Do**

* Develop, maintain, and curate structured and unstructured data sets, preparing them for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
* Craft compelling reports, insightful projections, sophisticated models, and impactful presentations to bolster business strategy and tactics.
* Apply advanced mathematical, statistical, and modeling techniques, combined with business analysis and technology, to convert high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
* Gain a deep understanding of organizational strategy and operating objectives, recognizing their interconnectedness across various areas.
* Exercise independent judgment in determining appropriate work methods, navigating ambiguous situations with minimal direction.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s Degree.
* 4 years of technical experience in a data-focused role.
* Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting diverse data sets for analysis and reporting.
* Proven track record in creating reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business objectives.
* Expertise in applying mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to develop advanced analytic solutions from complex data.
* A strong grasp of organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
* Capability to make autonomous decisions regarding work methods, even in uncertain scenarios.
* A genuine passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Master’s Degree.
* Experience with process automation tools.
* Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.83 to $64.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
