As a critical support member of the US Marketing Operations team, the Central Scheduler has
responsibility to ensure the Medical Legal Scheduling mailbox is managed and maintained daily
from 830-500. 

CORE TASKS
Execution
• Collaborate with Central Planners, Marketing, and Reviewers to schedule all Full Team and
Partial Team review meetings, Brand/Board Office Hours, and planning meetings as needed
across all US Market Bus/teams
• Coordinates all needs associated with re-scheduling of CRT review meetings
• Manages all updates to Workfront as well as coordination of TEAMS meetings invites
utilizing Board Distribution lists provided by Central Planners
Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for creation of meetings placeholders for all Boards in Workfront using Timing
Management functionality
• Creates/ updates/ sends TEAMS meetings invites to all participants
• Proactively coordinates and facilitates communications for rescheduling of review meetings
• Manages Medical-Legal Scheduling Inbox
• Ensures conference rooms are assigned appropriately for all live CRT meetings

Technical Skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Software Tools, (TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong project management/ administrative skills
• Understanding of Workfront Scheduling Tool
• Experience with Workfront desired but not required

Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage up without authority
• Capable of managing multiple, ongoing, requests/ tasks
• Strong organization and project management skills to meet deadlines

The target hiring compensation for this role is $65K – 75K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
