This global media and entertainment company, renowned for its innovative content and extensive reach, is seeking a dynamic individual to join its advertising operations team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns, directly impacting revenue generation and client satisfaction for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

As a key player in our Ad Operations team, you will be at the forefront of managing advertising sales accounts, from initial booking to final invoicing. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will serve as a critical link between our sales teams and external partners, directly contributing to the financial health and operational efficiency of our advertising business. Reporting to a Manager within the Ad Operations team, you will take a leadership position within the sales support function, offering valuable insights into advertiser behavior.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead all deal account management and maintenance for assigned advertisers.
* Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external partners and internal sales teams.
* Manage the booking of commercial inventory and implement partner requests and changes for ad schedules.
* Ensure accuracy in deal points and traffic instructions.
* Provide ongoing feedback to improve operational efficiencies.
* Confirm that booked advertising aligns with purchased deals.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies to support collection targets and improve company cash flow.
* Collaborate with the Accounting team to execute pricing and other invoice adjustments.
* Work closely with the traffic team to ensure booked inventory corresponds with received traffic instructions, escalating issues when necessary.
* Ensure partner positioning and programming needs are met.
* Respond to evolving business needs and management-assigned tasks/projects.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various external partners and internal departments supporting Customer Marketing and Sales.
* Adhere to all departmental Service Level Agreements.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* 1-2+ years of experience in a related industry.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to operate effectively within highly defined processes and procedures, consistently adhering to organizational deadlines.
* Proven problem-solving skills.
* Strong client service orientation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* General tech-savviness with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Advertising experience (not strictly limited to traditional television).
* Marketing or media partner experience.
* Ability to strategically guide clients on alternative placements when scheduling changes occur.
* Coachability and eagerness to learn.
