While this position is 100% remote, it is required that you currently live in the United States. Out-of-country applicants will not be considered.
In addition, to be considered for this position, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role.

**Make a Real Impact as a Clinician Recruiter**
In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, spearheading the rapid expansion of our clinical teams. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume clinical roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent with speed and precision. Your contributions will directly enable our organization to meet aggressive hiring targets, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, becoming a trusted partner in our shared mission to enhance healthcare delivery.
**Here’s how you’ll make a difference:**
* **Lead High-Volume Clinical Recruitment:** Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy tailored for aggressive hiring targets across diverse clinical roles. This includes managing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, and expertly navigating the offer negotiation process to secure high-quality hires within condensed timeframes.
* **Drive Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management:** Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinician candidates, essential for meeting high-volume demand.
* **Master ATS & Optimize Processes:** Act as a power user of our Applicant Tracking System, leveraging its full functionality to efficiently manage and report on high-volume pipelines. Maintain impeccable, real-time data integrity and proactively suggest and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and accelerate time-to-fill.
* **Cultivate Exceptional Experiences:** Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring leaders, prioritizing efficiency and high-touch communication in a competitive clinical recruiting market. Serve as an expert on our business, benefits, and career opportunities.
* **Achieve Accelerated Metrics:** Consistently meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics, including accelerated time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and superior candidate/hiring leader satisfaction scores within a high-volume context.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment.
* Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including expertise in reporting, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy for large pipelines.
* Exceptional organizational skills, strategic agility, and negotiation expertise.
* A commitment to operational excellence and system integrity in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline, or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.
* A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.17 to $43.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
