Are you a visionary with a keen eye for fashion and a passion for bringing ideas to life? We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join a collaborative design team, where your expertise will directly contribute to creating commercially viable and brand-right products. You will be instrumental in translating conceptual directions into stunning, market-ready designs, playing a pivotal role in the success of new and existing product lines.

**Here’s how you’ll make an impact:**

* Drive the creation of brand-right, commercially successful designs that align with strategic business goals and conceptual direction.
* Execute designs with precision, speed, and acute attention to detail, ensuring flawless product delivery.
* Develop seasonal product lines with a focus on innovative style, optimal fit, and high-quality fabrics.
* Skillfully adapt and refine designs based on feedback, guiding them through to finalization.
* Actively research and recommend new resources, staying ahead of trends and conducting ongoing competitor analysis.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development, throughout the entire design process.
* Present compelling designs to internal leadership and key stakeholders, articulating your vision effectively.
* Produce detailed design sketches and prototypes, providing comprehensive specifications for production.
* Create thorough technical packs, emphasizing construction, drape, and finishing techniques to ensure accurate first prototypes that meet brand expectations.
* Maintain and update linesheets throughout the season with sketches and color information, ensuring accuracy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Mentor and inspire junior design talent, fostering their growth and development within the team.
* Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
* Ensure all deliverables meet budget and time commitments while upholding the highest standards of design excellence.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of design experience within a comparable retail environment.
* Exceptional proficiency and speed in Illustrator for sketching and technical design.
* Advanced ability to color lines and create detailed digital renderings in Illustrator.
* In-depth knowledge of tech packing, including garment construction, drapes, and finishing techniques in apparel.
* Strong talent with a commercial fashion eye and meticulous attention to detail in product styling and performance.
* Demonstrated ability to create original design sketches and contribute to successful product lines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
* A highly motivated, passionate, and results-oriented approach to your work.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly.
* A flexible and creative problem-solver, adept at navigating challenges.
* A true multi-tasker, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Experience and passion for mentoring and developing junior design talent.
* A collaborative partner with a strong team-oriented philosophy.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with industry-specific product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
