We are looking for a GenAI Change Manager for our client’s AI Adoption & Engagement team. This will be a 6-month hybrid engagement starting in December. Candidates must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Video Editing. You will be instrumental in driving the successful integration and awareness of powerful AI tools across the organization, making a tangible impact on efficiency, collaboration, and innovation for thousands of employees. **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to champion the adoption of AI tools. This role is pivotal in producing engaging, on-brand content and managing strategic communications that will educate, excite, and empower our internal teams to effectively utilize new AI capabilities. You will be at the heart of a transformative initiative, directly influencing how a large, complex organization embraces and benefits from advanced AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling materials, including one-pagers, e-learning modules, short-form videos, and website content, to explain and promote AI tools.
- Design and edit high-quality graphics and videos, ensuring strict adherence to established branding guidelines.
- Build and maintain intuitive web pages, focusing on consistency and usability for all internal users.
- Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for various internal channels, including email and messaging platforms
- Support and execute engagement campaigns designed to drive awareness and adoption of AI initiatives.
- Work closely with diverse internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- * Strong proficiency in graphic and video editing software
- Demonstrated experience in website design and content management.
- Proven ability to work effectively within established branding guidelines to produce polished, professional materials. *
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of drafting clear, concise, and engaging internal messages. *
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Alternatives accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associate’s degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $59.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
