We’re seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Execution Specialist to support the Customer Experience Communications team in delivering strategic, multi-channel communication campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience with marketing automation platforms, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centered mindset. This role plays a key part in enhancing student engagement and retention through seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, build, and deploy student communication campaigns across channels (primarily email and SMS) using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve engagement goals.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication touchpoints and materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan automation project roadmaps that support student communications objectives.
- Support the transition from manual to automated campaign execution processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education or in a marketing operations/campaign execution role.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and CRM systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Basic ability to edit HTML and make minor graphic design edits.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality in all deliverables.
Nice to Have
- Eloqua Implementation Certification or similar marketing automation credential.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
