Our beverage client is seeking a highly skilled, mid- to senior-level Production Designer to support our Design Lead to help with 3-4 month coverage. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth preparation of all art files for print across our brand and retail ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and bring strong CPG/food & beverage experience to the team.
Responsibilities
Prepare, finalize, and package production-ready art files for print across multiple formats and channels
Partner closely with the Design Lead to prioritize weekly tasks and maintain brand consistency
Own production workflows from start to finish with minimal oversight
Ensure files meet all printer specifications and quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally as needed while maintaining an efficient, detail-oriented production process
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Production Design experience, with CPG or food/beverage brand experience required
Strong understanding of print production, packaging workflows, dielines, and color management
Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a Design Lead based in the Pacific time zone
Capable of meeting once weekly (PT) for planning, with flexible hours otherwise
Role Details
Part-time: 15–20 hours/week (we can guarantee hours as needed)
Remote: Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
Contract duration: Late January through May for maternity leave coverage
