Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager in Woonsocket, RI!
This is an on-site position. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who live within a 40-minute commute to our client’s office in Woonsocket.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented individual to play a pivotal role in managing and executing critical marketing communications programs. In this position, you will be instrumental in bringing strategic marketing visions to life, overseeing campaigns from conception to execution, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels. You will be a key partner in developing Go-to-Market plans and seasonal recaps, directly influencing how the brand connects with its audience during key moments throughout the year. This role offers a unique platform to demonstrate leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive measurable success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead the day-to-day management of advertising and marketing communications programs, supporting strategic partners.
* Oversee seasonal campaigns (e.g., spring, summer, fall, winter holidays) across diverse paid and owned assets, including display, SMS, email, digital, direct mail, and social media.
* Cultivate strong relationships with marketing strategy teams and internal agency partners, becoming a go-to resource for brief development and project management.
* Drive project timelines, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead creative reviews, ensuring all marketing launches are comprehensive and timely.
* Develop Go-to-Market plans and seasonal recaps that provide valuable insights and strategic direction.
* Manage master product lists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Contribute to operational excellence across traditional, digital, and social marketing spaces.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on seasonal merchandise, target audiences, and the competitive landscape to inform and contribute to strategy development.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a preference for retail marketing B2C.
* 2+ years of hands-on expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing, including proficiency in one or more sub-disciplines such as email marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising, or agency management.
* Proven integrated experience managing campaigns across both paid and owned channels.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital environments, and experience with content production and development.
* Exceptional ability to multitask, manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and problem-solve in a dynamic setting.
* A genuine passion for the customer, an innovative mindset, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, and a highly collaborative team player.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail coupled with the ability to grasp the big picture.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Expertise in direct and digital marketing programs, with the ability to drive vision and facilitate stakeholder alignment for clear objectives.
* Experience partnering with reporting and analytics stakeholders to ensure data and tactical report plans align with strategic goals.
* Strong facilitation and change management skills to effectively communicate and drive alignment across teams.
* Expertise in business strategy, marketing measurement, and reporting methods/tools, with knowledge of retail loyalty programs.
* A history of delivering impactful results for large, complex organizations, with the ability to navigate matrixed environments to execute programs successfully.
* BA/BS degree.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.75 to $40.75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
