What You’ll Do:
- Support the strategic development and hands-on execution of innovative media initiatives across programmatic connected TV (CTV) and digital audio channels.
- Assist in the comprehensive setup, trafficking, and pacing of campaigns across various programmatic platforms and partners.
- Manage essential campaign workflows, including creative trafficking, audience segmentation, flighting, and performance reporting.
- Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and addressing any pacing or tracking issues with senior team members.
- Extract and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization strategies and contribute to insightful post-campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to launch pilot campaigns and explore new channel opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning about new platform capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign management, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
- Exceptional Excel proficiency, including the ability to create and update complex spreadsheets, and experience with Pivot Tables or VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing data, pulling campaign results, and handling budget reconciliation.
- Familiarity with key digital media metrics such as CPM, CTR, completion rate, and CPA.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- A genuine and strong interest in programmatic advertising, CTV, and emerging media channels.
Bonus Points:
- Prior hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a paid media or programmatic role.
- Experience gained from a 3-6 month internship in a relevant field.
- A proven ability to create structure and bring order to dynamic projects, especially in an entry-level capacity.
