This is an onsite role. Work hours are 11am-7:30pm EST in West Chester, OH. 

**What You’ll Do:**

* Monitor and manage critical data extracts and file downloads essential for daily operational processes.
* Execute and manage the breakdown and distribution of vital operational tags, including manual sorting and folding.
* Generate and deliver various operational reports as needed to support business functions.
* Handle re-printing requests for operational tags, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to maintain workflow.
* Process material returns, which involves printing, sorting, and preparing items for delivery.
* Manage inventory and replenish daily operational supplies, such as tags, forms, printer ribbons, and paper.
* Provide crucial site support for the operational technology infrastructure, ensuring its continuous functionality.
* Actively participate in and cover launch activities for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Perform daily setup tasks within the operational technology environment, preparing for tag printing and data extraction.
* Ensure the continuous functionality of printing equipment, managing the output of high volumes of operational tags daily.
* Facilitate data extraction from core systems, processing and preparing files for daily operations.
* Conduct basic IT break-fix tasks and efficiently escalate more complex issues to the broader support team.
* Assist with general administrative, technical, and customer service tasks across various business units.
* Gather, develop, maintain, and interpret complex operational data to inform decision-making.
* Communicate statistical and technical data effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in system change management and deployment efforts, contributing to process improvements.
* Respond to routine system and batch processing issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Participate in asset management, procurement, and inventory of hardware and software resources.
* Conduct physical inventories and participate in audits to ensure accuracy.
* Provide customer assistance for routine software, hardware, and network inquiries.
* Administer operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
* Process requests for operational changes, additions, or moves within the system.
* Assist project leaders with administrative tasks related to system alterations and deployments.
* Schedule installations and testing with third parties and authorized users.
* Monitor and manage hardware resources to optimize performance.
* Monitor and report on operational and financial metrics, providing valuable insights.
* Assist in providing security consulting and detecting security violations to protect assets.
* Provide support for vital records and disaster recovery initiatives.
* Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for facility projects.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A 2-year technical degree OR a minimum of 2 years of significant warehouse experience.
* 0-2 years of experience in an operations or IT support role.
* Strong organizational, planning, and data management skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments within tight constraints.
* Proven data entry experience.
* Strong computer literacy.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Knowledge of MS Access and Project.
* Experience working in complex, global environments with diverse project teams.
* Understanding of corporate and unit policies and procedures.
* Prior Computer Operations experience.
