This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of a burgeoning market segment, build lasting partnerships, and contribute directly to the company’s strategic vision.

**About the Role**

We are searching for an impactful Business Development Executive to drive the growth of a specialized wellness solution (sauna) program. This role is crucial for establishing the company as the premier partner in this evolving market, engaging with key specifiers, and managing strategic agency relationships. You will be instrumental in executing a critical program, building robust pipelines across luxury residential and commercial wellness segments, and providing essential feedback that will inform future national expansion. This is a temp-to-hire role with a minimum duration through July 2026, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Drive Sales Growth: Consistently deliver sales growth for specialized wellness solutions, positioning the company as the leading partner among specifiers, agency partners, and end clients.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the specialized wellness solution program from pipeline development through installation and post-sale support, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute market-specific plans to expand the company’s presence within luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality markets.
  • Agency Management: Provide ongoing leadership, training, and support to agency partners, tracking performance, implementing best practices, and collaborating on prospecting and relationship-building strategies.
  • Specifier Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, designers, and builders, delivering educational presentations and acting as a technical and design consultant to ensure a premium client experience.
  • Market Liaison: Function as the connection point between the company and its marketplace, sharing insights and feedback, and partnering with cross-functional teams to evolve the program based on market learnings.
  • Business Development: Build repeat sales, new relationships, and future business through targeted outreach, strategic sales planning, and high-impact calls focused on key architectural and design firms.
  • Market Research & Expansion: Conduct detailed market research to identify customer targets, build brand recognition, organize outreach activities, and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Sales Process & CRM Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, nurture leads, monitor conversion rates, and collaborate with marketing.
  • Community Engagement: Leverage social presence to drive engagement and awareness, build and nurture local design and wellness communities, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Brand Representation: Deliver compelling presentations that articulate the company’s unique value propositions, demonstrating deep understanding of brand architecture, product differentiators, and design philosophy.
  • Product Expertise: Attain deep product knowledge through ongoing training, identify product gaps, pricing strategies, and benchmark against competitors to inform strategic positioning.
  • Travel: Approximately 30-50% travel required to build relationships in the field.

**What You’ll Bring**

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or training within luxury building products, construction, wellness, or design-driven industries.
  • Proven success managing rep networks, dealer channels, and/or engaging with architects, designers, and builders.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and use of training technology platforms to support product education.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; comfortable delivering educational content to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, pipelines, and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for wellness, luxury design, and elevating the client experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
