**The Impact You’ll Make:**
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in content strategy and technical writing to build a comprehensive knowledge base that serves our global user community. You will directly influence how users interact with our products, translating complex technical information into easily understandable content and empowering Generative AI systems to provide intelligent, accurate support. Your work will not only improve user satisfaction but also streamline support operations, contributing significantly to our overall success and product evolution.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Write, edit, test, and refine Help Center articles and customer support responses, ensuring they align with our content strategy.
* Develop and optimize content specifically designed to enable and enhance Generative AI capabilities.
* Establish, uphold, and champion content standards and best practices across all documentation.
* Utilize data-driven insights to inform content decisions and collaborate with partners to continuously improve support experiences and resolve known issues.
* Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and consistently meeting dynamic, fast-paced deadlines.
* Conduct thorough product testing to gather authoritative information from technical subject-matter experts, transforming complex knowledge into clear, concise, and structured documentation.
* Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to craft clear, effective, and empathetic support messaging that resonates with users.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree from the United States (or equivalent university degree from another country) in English or another relevant field.
* 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role.
* 6+ months of experience in content writing specifically for Generative AI.
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a proven track record of sound editorial judgment when managing large content sets for Generative AI, especially concerning complex and sensitive topics.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses for digital platforms and applications.
* Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
* Experience utilizing project management tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Project management experience, including navigating ambiguity and effectively managing competing priorities.
* Knowledgeable in data analysis, editing XML, and using AI tools.
