This role is more than just administrative; it’s about being the strategic backbone for two influential leaders and their extensive team. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, and facilitating impactful events that drive team morale and productivity. Your ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and maintain a high level of discretion will directly contribute to the success of high-priority initiatives and the overall effectiveness of the organization.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Provide comprehensive calendar management, meticulously handling scheduling, resolving conflicts, and aligning commitments with leadership priorities.
* Coordinate and support large-scale team events, including all-hands meetings, morale-boosting activities, and other group gatherings.
* Manage team space and logistics, overseeing moves and ensuring optimal working environments.
* Process expense reports and assist with potential travel facilitation for leaders.
* Generate essential reports, such as headcount data, to support strategic decision-making.
* Maintain and update email distribution and security groups, ensuring accurate communication channels.
* Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Handle purchasing of equipment, services, and supplies, including invoice processing.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for policy questions and troubleshoot various operational issues.
* Collaborate closely with peer administrators and business managers to set priorities and ensure preparedness for key meetings and initiatives.
* Lead and contribute to special projects as needed, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of overall experience in a professional support role.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience with calendaring and scheduling.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
* Proven ability to navigate and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise good judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and consistent, timely follow-through.
* Capacity to prioritize leadership needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

* Significant prior experience as an executive assistant.
* Previous experience within a large, global technology organization, especially with internal applications and widely used productivity suites.
