What You’ll Do

  • Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters, covering scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and risk management for moderately complex programs.
  • Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
  • Develop robust project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, proactively identifying constraints and aligning with stakeholder needs.
  • Strategically determine program phasing and establish metrics that drive continuous improvement, including effective resource stewardship.
  • Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on the rationale behind program pivots.
  • Design and deliver effective program communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program vision across all touchpoints.
  • Anticipate and independently develop comprehensive change management rollout plans, conduct impact analyses, drive necessary pivots, and resolve misalignments.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making, resolve prioritization conflicts, and proactively manage escalations.
  • Identify, collect, and maintain essential data for program governance, including project trackers and status reports to inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Execute program tasks, proactively manage dependencies, and integrate best practices for product development, inclusivity, and brand integrity.
  • Develop automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring, defining governance structures that effectively manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
  • Lead productive program stakeholder meetings with clear outcomes.
