This is a hybrid assignment, working onsite 3 days per week at the client’s Costa Mesa office. 40 hours per week. 7 month assignment with the potential to extend.

**About the Role:**
In this critical position, you will be instrumental in optimizing the flow of products from source to consumer. You’ll be a key player in a global network, translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring that supply meets demand seamlessly. This role offers the chance to lead high-impact initiatives, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions that drive tangible results across the entire supply chain. Your analytical prowess and collaborative spirit will be essential in navigating a dynamic environment and fostering strong relationships across the enterprise.
**What You Will Do:**
* Develop and manage capacity-constrained supply requirements within a global network to meet customer service, inventory, and cost objectives.
* Proactively identify and troubleshoot supply misalignments, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure on-time performance across the planning horizon.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, customer service, and distribution teams daily to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence and drive strategic initiatives.
* Lead complex close-of-sales activities, leveraging inputs from global and regional partners, ensuring data integrity, systematically executing seasonal buys, and implementing continuous process improvements.
* Conduct quantitative analysis, generate insightful reports, and develop data-based recommendations to influence daily decision-making.
* Partner cross-functionally on mitigation plans for raw materials and finished goods for seasonal items, ensuring overall inventory health and elevating critical risks with recommended solutions.
* Forecast, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of monthly inventory for assigned product groups.
* Engage in manager-sponsored projects of the highest complexity, contributing to strategic advancements.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
* A strong understanding of supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in planning (Demand, Supply, Production, etc.).
* Proven success in managing information flow across various functions and systems.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities, demonstrating the capacity to collaborate, influence, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
* A track record of facilitating and driving resolution at all levels of an organization.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively with limited supervision.
**Skills That Will Set You Apart:**
* Experience with SAP within a planning or scheduling operation.
* Proficiency in supply planning tools such as i2/BRIO/PSE.
* Advanced Excel skills.
