Marketing Strategy Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive projects forward with partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive “doer” with a confident approach to stakeholder engagement and a commitment to best practices in marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with 30-40 offices, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Confidently push back when necessary and provide marketing expertise.
• Operate with autonomy and feel confident working with various teams.
• Process requests and ensure projects move forward efficiently for partners.
• Manage day-to-day tasks, address backlogs, and handle basic calls.
• Balance stakeholder needs, which may involve having difficult conversations and demonstrating a strong backbone.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, account management, or a similar relationship-driven role.
• Experience in diverse industries; wealth management-specific experience is not required.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in partner-facing interactions.
• Ability to provide insight and guidance to experts, understanding when and who to reach out to.
• Experience working at an agency is a plus.
• Comfortable with running projects independently and not being in the day-to-day management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53 to $65. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
