As a Sourcing Specialist, you support outcomes for a talent ecosystem as a key contributor in order to meet hiring demand, making sure to build and execute against an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system. You leverage your working knowledge of our talent sourcing processes to solve moderately complex staffing problems, collaborating on significant and/or unique problems, identifying and recommending creative ways to improve on solutions. You manage pipelines and source candidates to address talent gaps, working across-teams in a particular area of the company. You perform staffing analyses and talent assessments, and identify talent needs, partnering with recruiters to best determine how to meet them.
Responsibilities include:
– Support pipelines management and pipeline strategy development, anticipating and identifying talent needs to align to business goals, and developing multiple approaches and solutions to defined problems to advise clients on talent pools based on long term sourcing goals, staying abreast of business and market trends.
– Partner with recruiting teams and client to address talent acquisition needs across clients and/or profiles.
– Using our sourcing process and tools, source and preliminary screen candidates from various channels inclusive of pipeline representation and process equity (e.g., online channels, employee referrals, recruiting events), reaching out to candidates to initiate recruitment conversations and understand their needs and interests with minimal guidance.
– Use our sourcing process and tools, gather role requirements or recommendations to identify talent or develop active and passive pipeline. Engage candidates based on business needs and candidate situations/expertise and gather insights on candidates skills, motivations, and concerns through interactions and engagement, build candidate trust to uncover and anticipate issues, advocate for the candidate to create an excellent experience and maintain a positive reputation for us staffing with minimal guidance.
– Support process improvements on staffing by addressing root causes, provide input and suggestions for improving the overall team’s productivity with minimal guidance.
– Partner with key business, staffing and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to common DEI objectives.
