**What You’ll Do:**

* Propose innovative ideas to enhance products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.

* Champion user-centric thinking, collaborating with partners to overcome strategic, product, or technological constraints.

* Advocate for and implement inclusive research and design practices to promote the creation of accessible products.

* Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing insights about user, product, service, and business needs.

* Create and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, enhancing the impact and visibility of your work.

* Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.

* Leverage a deep understanding of business goals, user trends, and industry landscape to drive research-informed, user-centric decision-making.

* Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with overarching goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects.

* Proactively expand responsibilities and anticipate and remove roadblocks to ensure project progress.

* Conduct comprehensive research to identify user needs and business opportunities, fostering empathy and guiding a shared vision with partners.

* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities by adapting and evolving research strategies for complex projects or programs.

* Execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining and implementing qualitative or quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.

* Build consensus and influence teams to garner support for research-based, user-centric solutions, effectively communicating insights and addressing stakeholder questions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in interactive technology.

* Expertise in ethical user experience research principles.

* Strong command of diverse UX research methodologies.

* Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Deep knowledge of human/user behavior.

* Exceptional UX storytelling abilities.

* Proven experience with robust research processes.

* A solid grasp of UX systems thinking.
