We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to elevate user experience operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and driving opportunities for UX excellence, ensuring that user insights are at the heart of every product decision. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness, streamlining processes, and ultimately delivering superior user-centered solutions that resonate globally.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Champion UX excellence by identifying opportunities, self-directing initiatives, and effectively communicating their impact to influence cross-functional partners.
* Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of programs designed to achieve product goals, deepen user insights through analytics, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Integrate diverse stakeholder perspectives on opportunities and risk mitigation to drive OKR alignment and build momentum for key programs.
* Develop and implement best practice initiatives, tools, programs, and resources that facilitate the successful, user-centered completion of team projects.
* Formulate strategic points of view on priorities that may not be optimally serving users or teams, and collaborate with partners to establish strategic planning processes.
* Drive continuous improvements and optimizations by developing robust business cases and fostering strong engagement with partners.
* Create measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools to ensure seamless cross-functional collaborations and handoffs, proactively confirming project outcomes and making necessary adjustments.
* Contribute to the definition, integration, and reporting of critical UX metrics, establishing baselines, tracking progress, and driving cross-functional alignment to cultivate a culture of user-centered development.
* For those with a focus on UX analytics, you will build systems to capture, track, and report UX impact metrics, using data to influence program plans and address identified gaps.
* Lead collaboration across UX teams, independently managing complex working groups and transforming intricate challenges into efficient, organized solutions.
* Cultivate rich relationships with stakeholders and partner teams, understanding their objectives and aligning efforts to achieve shared goals through prioritization and synergistic collaboration.
* Manage complexity throughout the entire UX product lifecycle, ensuring effective and continuous collaboration across all UX teams.
* Create and deliver impactful communications for diverse audiences, including independently developed narratives and analyses, ensuring high-quality outcomes through thorough follow-ups and retrospectives.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated ability in risk management.
* Proven experience in UX Program, Project, or Operations management.
* Exceptional skills in managing meetings effectively.
* A strong grasp of situational leadership principles.
* In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle.
* Solid UX business acumen.
