We are partnering with a renowned technology leader to find a visionary individual who thrives on orchestrating success in multifaceted environments. This role is for a strategic leader passionate about transforming ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable plans and delivering significant improvements that resonate across an entire ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of defining, phasing, and driving initiatives that require deep domain knowledge and exceptional stakeholder engagement.

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Program Leadership & Strategy:** Independently define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, meticulously addressing scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and risks for moderately complex programs. You’ll translate ambitious goals into measurable objectives and milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
* **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Create comprehensive project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases aligned with stakeholder needs, proactively identifying and managing risks and dependencies. You’ll independently determine program phasing and metrics, optimizing continuous improvement and resource stewardship.
* **Stakeholder & Communication Management:** Design and deliver optimized communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, articulating program vision and progress across all touchpoints. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making, resolving prioritization misalignments, and proactively managing escalations.
* **Change Management & Impact:** Anticipate and independently develop robust change management rollout plans, including thorough impact analyses. You will proactively drive necessary pivots, monitor rollout progress, resolve misalignments, and define future change management needs.
* **Governance & Data-Driven Decisions:** Independently determine and collect the necessary data to govern programs effectively and drive informed stakeholder decisions. You’ll maintain project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies while embedding values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust. You will define program governance structures, manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports, and lead effective stakeholder meetings.

* Proficiency in Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM)
* Demonstrated expertise in Team Management
* Strong background in Continuous Improvement (PgM/TPM)
* Proven ability in Managing Organizational Change (PgM/TPM)
* Exceptional Communications Management (PgM/TPM) skills
* Expertise in Planning (PgM/TPM)
* Advanced Stakeholder Management (PgM/TPM) capabilities
* Proficiency in Execution and Governance (PgM/TPM)
* Solid Technical Judgment (TPM)
* Deep User understanding and empathy
